Terms governing the hosted tritonchart.com service.

These terms apply to the hosted service at tritonchart.com. They are separate from the MIT License, which applies to the open-source source code.
The hosted service may operate under an invite-only or open beta. Access can be granted, restricted, suspended, or revoked at any time during the beta period and beyond.
Free and Pro plans are available with different feature sets and usage limits. Diagram counts, file size caps, AI usage quotas, and feature access are operational defaults and may be adjusted at any time with reasonable notice.
Published plan values are not permanent guarantees.
The service is provided on an as-available basis. No uptime SLA is guaranteed unless separately agreed in writing. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur.
You retain ownership of all diagram content you create. Diagrams can be exported at any time as SVG, PNG, or raw Mermaid code. We may delete accounts after extended periods of inactivity with prior notice.
You agree not to abuse the service, use it for illegal purposes, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or interfere with other users' access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TritonChart is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including data loss or business interruption.
Maximum liability is limited to fees you have paid in the prior 12 months.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the service or email where possible.
